Floor Sanding and Finishing
We restore your old worn floor back to new, by sanding, cleaning and applying water based or alkyd clear coatings to create a shiny, new, durable surface.
Carpet Cleaning
We use an enviromentally friendly solution that is very effective in removing soil spots from broadloom. We also scotch guard afterward to assist your broadloom from further staining. Some spots, such as rust, we cannot remove totally.
Water Damage and Cleanup
First, we determine and correct the cause of the water damage. Then we replace the interior water-damaged areas and structures. We remove any and all damaged drywall, insulation, and wood, and replace with new.
Window Washing: Interior and Exterior
We use a special solution, applied with lamb's wool, and squeegee dry, leaving no streaks.
Pressure Washing
We pressure wash every surface, from concrete to wood, with great caution and care to vinyl siding. We spray a specially formulated solution prior to pressure washing, which delays the return of algaes and molds.
Gutter Cleaning and Repairs
We hand clean your house's gutters, then we flush any buildup clogging the down pipe. We inform you of any leaks, and repair them with a special gutter caulking compound.
Roof Repairs
Whether you need a small patch, or complete removal of old, worn out roofing tiles, we're available. We install ashphalt shingles and rolled or torched-on roofing. Some restrictions apply to felt roofs and steep roofs, in which case we will refer you to local roofing specialists.
Moss Removal from Roof
We apply a special powder or liquid to kill the moss, and usually allow two to three days before we hand brush it off, followed by a good rinse to bring your roofing tiles back to their original tidy appearance.
Painting: Interior and Exterior
Prior to any painting, we make certain all surfaces are prepped properly, which includes washing dirty interior walls, and filling, sanding and priming/sealing. This makes for a beautiful finish, which lasts for many years.
Caulking
We caulk all openings that allow water to seep in to your home, including doors, windows, fascia, soffits, cracks and gaps in siding, and openings such as dryer vents and bathroom/kitchen exhaust ports.

We are available to install doors and windows, finish your home with mouldings and trim work, and replace structural support posts and beams. Any rotted wood is removed and replaced with new to blend with the existing look of your home.
Deck Repairs and Construction
We handle small deck repairs like replacing a rotted deck plank, through to additions and construction of new decks. If you're looking to extend to your current deck or have a new one constructed, we have several styles to choose from. We'll even construct your own design. (Some restrictions apply for safety and code reasons.)
Basic Landscaping
We do everything in this area, including weeding flower beds, pruning trees, trimming hedges, planting shrubs, and installing landscape fabric and bark mulch. We also construct flower boxes and much more.
Fence Construction
Whether your existing fence is falling over and requires new support posts, or you need a new fence built from scratch, we're ready. We offer many fence styles to choose from, and a variety of gates, from driveway entrance to garden gates. We will even endeavour to construct and install your own design.
Cement Finishing
From creating walkways, to repairing cracks in foundations, we pride ourselves with putting in permanent concrete fixtures. This includes forming and pouring of footings, pony wall footings for garages and carports, and repairs to asphalt driveway cracks.
